Spotlight on Success: Boerne’s 2024 Business Award Honorees

At the start of each year, The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce proudly recognizes outstanding businesses and individuals who go above and beyond in service, leadership, and community impact. Though these honors were announced in January, we believe these stories are worth telling year-round—and worth celebrating again.

Each of our 2024 Annual Award winners plays a unique role in shaping our local economy and enhancing the quality of life here. From innovative entrepreneurs to long-standing service providers, these members reflect the very best of our business community.

Let’s take a closer look at this year’s winners and the lasting mark they’re making in our region:

Nonprofit of the Year – Transformation House

Though Transformation House may serve our community quietly, the impact of their work is truly life changing. Founded in 2018 by a group of compassionate citizens, the organization was created in response to the growing need for transitional housing for women and children affected by domestic violence in the Hill Country.

Since then, Transformation House has expanded its reach and capacity significantly. Today, they operate a new campus with increased housing, on-staff therapists, and a full range of support services. Their comprehensive approach includes trauma-informed therapy, case management, prevention, and intervention—all designed to help women and children rebuild their lives in safety and dignity.

Transformation House was recognized for providing vital services to domestic violence victims and children, continuing to make an invaluable impact.
