Transformation House

The Boerne Chamber had the honor of celebrating Transformation House with a ribbon cutting for their new office space! 💙

Transformation House is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and children in the Texas Hill Country who have experienced trauma and unhealthy or abusive relationships. Through a compassionate, faith-rooted approach, the organization offers transitional housing, trauma-informed therapy, case management, prevention and intervention services, and coordinated care tailored to each family’s unique needs. Licensed social workers partner with clients to identify and overcome barriers to safety and stability, helping them reclaim dignity, build resilience, and take next steps toward a healthier future.

This new space gives them more dedicated rooms for trauma-informed therapy and play therapy for children, private space for their case managers to meet with residential and non-residential clients, and a larger meeting area where they can host community trainings and educational programs focused on safety, healthy relationships, and supporting individuals and families impacted by violence.
