Through workflow diagnostics and executive advisory services, the firm identifies where time, money, and clarity are being lost and provides actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and support smarter growth.

Founded by Edward Olszanowski, a 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran and former enterprise program leader who has supported organizations like 3M, USAA, Valero, and Visionworks. Edward started iThrive AI after decades of seeing the same challenge in large organizations: talented people buried under inefficient processes while leadership chased the next tool or trend.

Today, Edward focuses on process automation, time recovery, and operational leverage which helps organizations pinpoint where manual work, handoffs, and rework quietly consume time, then designing practical, low-risk automation to remove friction. Often, the biggest gains come from fixing the process first, not adding more AI.
