It’s one of our favorite weeks of the year — National Chamber of Commerce Week!

From October 13–17, 2025, we’re celebrating everything that makes the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce (and the incredible businesses we serve) so special. This year, we’re especially honored that both the City of Boerne and Kendall County are proclaiming the week of October 13th as official “Chamber Week” right here in our community! That means it’s time to shine a big, bright spotlight on our members, our mission, and the all-female team behind the scenes who work every day to support Boerne’s booming business community.

What’s Chamber Week All About?

National Chamber of Commerce Week is a nationwide celebration recognizing the role chambers play in building strong local economies. But for us, it’s also a chance to celebrate you - our members, our partners, and everyone who makes Boerne such a thriving, welcoming place to do business.

From hosting networking events and ribbon cuttings, to cheering on our local entrepreneurs and supporting nonprofits, your Chamber is here to help businesses grow while keeping Boerne’s small-town heart right where it belongs.

Meet the Team Behind the Chamber

This week, we’re pulling back the curtain to introduce the powerhouse team behind the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce — the women who keep the business community connected and the events running smoothly!

Kim Blohm, President & CEO - The heartbeat of the Chamber — leading with purpose, passion, and a whole lot of community pride.

Holly Rodriguez, Senior Vice President - The Chamber’s right-hand powerhouse — part strategist, part problem-solver, and always the calm in the chaos.

Melissa Hinton, Director of Communications - The creative spark behind our communications — part marketer, part cheerleader, and full-time hype woman for Boerne businesses.

Steely Lott, Director of Marketing & Events - The event-day MVP who makes sure every ribbon cutting, luncheon, and mixer feels special.

Kylee Schuette, Director of Membership - Our membership guru who knows every business in town and always greets you with a smile.

Cassie Diamond, Administrative Assistant - Our behind-the-scenes organizer who keeps the Chamber running like clockwork.
