For more than two years members have been asking for a way to pay their dues on the Internet. You’ve also asked to pay for luncheons, advertising and special events online. We listened and now www.boerne.org is ready to accept credit card payments securely and accurately for your added convenience.
How does online bill-pay work?
It is so easy. All you need is your credit card information, a computer and your member login and password. If you don’t already have your login and password, contact Membership Director Rita Cornelius at the Chamber and she will give you the necessary information and even walk you through the process. You can also view the step by step instructions.
First, to access your electronic invoices when you log in on the member welcome screen, click on pay bills online. Enter the amount you are paying and the invoice number (if you don’t have it handy, just jot a note into the comments section), and enter your credit card information. It is that simple.
And, if you want to sign up for an event, just go online to the Chamber Calendar tab, click on the desired event and then on members only and you’ll be asked to provide your member login and password. You’ll be able to select the name of your business representative who will be attending the event and then you’ll choose your method of payment. You can either pay at the door with cash or a check or you can pay online with a credit card. You will receive an order confirmation for your records in your email.
Secure and Convenient
The Chamber’s new online bill-pay service is both safe and expedient. No longer will you have to rely on the postal service to make sure your Chamber invoices are paid in a timely fashion and you can forget about the little post-its that you write to help you remember to get a signed company check to take to an event to pay for your ticket.
